Second place in both the MOVIE and 60 SECONDS categories at the Taça de Portugal 2026 in Madeira · July 17, 2026
At the 2026 Taça de Portugal — the Portuguese Cup in Underwater Video, held in Madeira — filmmaker Ana Besugo stepped onto the podium twice, taking 2nd place in the MOVIE category and 2nd place in the 60 SECONDS category. Both of her competition films are below.
Ana filmed both pieces with UWACAM, and they show exactly why the Madeira underwater imaging scene keeps inspiring us — storytelling, craft, and a real love of the ocean, all condensed into just a few minutes.
